Who is responsible

Smile Burst Games is responsible for the information it handles through this website and ChessTap. Contact developer@smileburstgames.com about privacy or to exercise your rights. This policy distinguishes information sent to us from information handled by advertising and app-store providers.

Website and support

When you contact us, we receive your name, email and message. Deletion requests include your email, game name, platform, game device identifier and any additional details you choose to send. We use this information to answer you, identify the relevant records and verify and process requests. The server uses your IP address temporarily to limit abusive submissions. This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers.

Advertising in ChessTap

ChessTap uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Depending on platform, SDK configuration and consent, Google processes information such as IP address, approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Platform privacy settings can limit advertising identifiers or tracking. Where consent is required, advertising must follow your choices. Google explains its processing in its privacy policy.

In-app purchases

Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) and Google Play Billing process payments in their stores. They handle your payment details; Smile Burst Games does not receive your full card number through those purchase systems. The game can receive transaction status, product identifiers and purchase verification information to provide purchased content. The stores apply their own privacy policies to the information they control.

Sharing and legal grounds

Support and deletion submissions are delivered through Resend to our support mailbox. Providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse. Where relevant, we rely on your consent, providing a requested service, legitimate interests in security and support, or legal obligations. Providers may process data outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards must be used where required.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed for its purpose or applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent where available under applicable law, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Use the deletion form below or email us. We may verify ownership before acting. Deletion applies to records we control; independent store or advertising records may require contacting that provider. Any legally required retention and its duration will be explained in our response.

Security and updates

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to requests. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or full payment details. This policy will be updated when our practices change; the latest revision date appears above.

Game data and audience
